
Exercise is ESSENTIAL for a healthy me and you. It’s important to remember that not every day of exercise needs to look the same, but it is important to always put one foot in front of the other. If you read in my first post, you will find out that I did not used to be a runner. I played sports my whole life, but running for fun was definitely not a thing. Now, I can’t even begin to tell you what freedom and joy I find in running, whether it be 1 mile or 13.1. I will leave you today with 50 reasons to exercise and I hope it will inspire and motivate you to GET MOVING!
